3D MODEL PACK LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to hereinafter as "User") and Oblivion Studio ("Licensor") for the use of the 3D Gun Model Pack ("Models").

By downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Models, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Models.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Models on the following terms:

   a. User may use, copy, and modify the Models for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.

   b. User may not distribute, share, or transfer the Models, modified or unmodified, to any third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor. This includes, but is not limited to, selling, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Models.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Models are owned by Licensor or its licensors. The Models are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
3. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Licensor may terminate this Agreement if User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, User must destroy all copies of the Models.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
